"This guy lacks the temperament for the business. There's nothing more aggravating than having to repeat yourself and answer the same questions that the "screener" asked you. The guy gets on the line and asks me how he can help me as though he has absolutely no clue, communication between the screener and him. Yes, I'm looking for land, the same thing I told the screener. Then he begins asking me the size, the cost, etc. All things I told the prior person. I express my dissatisfaction with the inefficiency, and he begins yelling and hangs up on the phone. How he can have a 5 star rating is beyond me. They must be paid for reviews or something because this does not represent a 5 star rating."
